How do I scan letters or my artwork?

If you have an apple product, the notes app has a scanning function. Open notes --> Create new note --> click the small camera button at the bottom of the page --> click scan document --> save it. If you have an android, this function is also available in the notepad app. Click the gallery button (or a variety of it). If you can't find it, there are many FREE scanning apps on the play store. Download one and scan. If you have a scanner at home, you can use that to scan as well :)
What can or can we not write?

A general disclaimer from us is that we will be reading over your letters to make sure that there is no innappropriate or personal content. Innapropriate content involves: - Explicit language or content - Harmful/hateful language Personal content involves: - Full name - Address - Contact number/email - No bank details (but you already knew that) If there is any information of this sort, the letters/artwork will not be sent.
Is it only aged-care facilities receiving letters?

Of course not! If you know a struggling individual, whether they may be old or young, we'll happily send out letters/artwork to them. Email us and we'll make some arrangements for you.
Are there any deadlines to send letters?

Absolutely not! We will have scheduled delivery times but we will be accepting letters around the clock.
I'm not from Australia can I still participate?

Definately! Anyone, all over the world, can participate and #spreadthelove. Get a group of friends together and send your local aged-care some letters and artworks. Post it on instagram or facebook and tag us @postcode_love or #postcodelove! We'd love to see your masterpiece and we might even feature it on our page or mail or scan us your letter and we can add it to our bundles! If you have an aged care in mind that you'd like to work with, get in contact with them and ask them to email us at postcodelove@outlook.com. If you would like to be penpals with a resident close to you, do the same thing. If you'd like to be penpals with a resident in Australia, let us know and we can match you up with someone!
Can we type up our letters?

We would prefer it if you could handwrite your letters and then send it to us. If you do want to type up you letters, we can print it for you.
My question isn't on here, what do I do?"
